DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATIONS

Southridge provides evaluation services to diagnose adults and children.  Our evaluation team consists of learning disabilities specialist and psychologists.  We utilize tests that have been approved under current NC State guidelines and DSM-IV-TR guidelines to diagnose the pattern of strengths and weaknesses.

Evaluation and Diagnosis is available for the following:

Learning Disability in Reading or Writing

Dyslexia

Reading Comprehension

Mathematics

Attention (ADD or ADHD)

Emotional Functioning

Behavior Disorders

Asperger's Disorder or Autistic Disorder

Intellectional Functioning (IQ)

Evaluation cost does vary according to the number of tests administered, and some insurance companies will cover the cost.   We are networked with Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC and accept NC State Health Plan, but we are not networked with Medicaid.
